You don’t always need a custom ritual. Or to know exactly what you’re releasing. You just need to breathe. To move emotion through the body. To let whatever’s been stuck start to soften.
These group sessions are breathwork at its most honest and essential. I provide the playlist designed to stir emotion. You come with your breath and experience. Together we take our individual journeys before we come back to integrate together.
Just a sacred, shared space for you to breathe deep and let the body speak.

What to Expect
Each session includes:
- Instruction on the breathwork practice
- A simple grounding practice to arrive in your body
- Guided rhythmic breathwork for emotional release and nervous system reset
- An invitation to release through a primal scream
- Integration space to rest, reflect, or share (optional)
You don’t need to bring anything but your breath and your truth (although a journal might be helpful on the backside).
Why Group?
There’s something powerful about breathing in community. Even in silence. Even in struggle.
The presence of others reminds you, you’re not alone in what you’re carrying.
This is breathwork for grief, anger, numbness, exhaustion, or just the weight of being human.
It’s not performative or polished. It’s real, safe, and sacred.
