Description
Beneath every breath is a becoming.
Breath is the most ordinary thing we do, and the most sacred gateway we often forget. Hidden in each inhale and exhale is the power to quiet the noise, stir buried stories, and awaken the body’s deep remembering.
Breath + Becoming is a guided journey into altered states of consciousness through transformational breathwork, followed by soul-centered coaching to help integrate what arises. This isn’t just about relaxation. It’s about revelation. Not just self-care, but soul retrieval.
What It Is
Transformational breathwork uses rhythmic breathing patterns to open the veil between your conscious mind and your embodied subconscious. Some describe it as “meditation on rocket fuel” or “prayer without words.” Others encounter deep grief, ancestral memory, profound clarity, or a moment of sacred stillness.
This practice draws from the lineage of holotropic breathwork, developed as a non-chemical method of inducing psychedelic states. And while no substances are used, the experience can be just as vivid, visceral, and transformative.

What Happens in a Session
Your 90-minute experience unfolds in three sacred movements:
- Opening + Intention Setting
A brief orientation grounds you in the breath pattern and names your focus for the session: what you’re carrying, what you’re seeking, what your soul is ready to surface. - Guided Breathwork Journey
You’ll be guided through approximately 30 minutes of conscious connected breathing, supported by a curated music playlist and my presence as a trained facilitator. Expect physical sensations (tingling, temperature shifts), emotional release, symbolic images, or even archetypal encounters. Midway, we invite a primal scream release to help purge lingering stuckness. - Integration Coaching
After time to journal and return gently, we’ll spend 30–40 minutes weaving your experience into your waking life through holistic coaching. Here, your body’s wisdom becomes a compass, your insights a map.
Why It Matters
Transformational breathwork can:
- Disrupt looping thoughts and ego defenses
- Help release grief, trauma, or shame stored in the body
- Offer non-verbal access to inner truths
- Awaken creativity, courage, and connection
- Offer a safe, psychedelic-adjacent healing experience—without substances
It’s not about escaping life. It’s about fully arriving in it.
For the Grieving
Grief doesn’t only live in our minds. It lodges in the lungs, the gut, the throat. Breathwork invites grief to move, without fixing or forcing. For those carrying loss (death, divorce, identity, dreams), this space offers sacred permission to feel what the world often urges us to suppress.
Safety & Science
Transformational breathwork induces a temporary oxygen-carbon dioxide imbalance, shifting neurochemistry and, potentially, releasing endogenous DMT (a naturally occurring psychedelic compound). This altered state softens the ego’s grip, opening space for subconscious truths to emerge.
That said, it’s not for everyone. Please consult a physician before booking if you have any of the following:
- Cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, or retinal detachment
- Recent surgery or injury
- Diagnosed seizures, psychosis, or severe mental illness
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Sessions are never done alone. If virtual, you’ll be asked to share your emergency contact info for safety.
Why I Facilitate This Work
As a certified breathwork facilitator and holistic life coach, I’ve found this practice to be the missing link, bridging intellect and embodiment, spirit and flesh, longing and liberation.
I created Breath + Becoming to bypass the performance-driven ego and access a more authentic you. This isn’t about who you think you should be. It’s about discovering the wisdom that’s been whispering beneath the noise all along.
Are You Ready?
