weekly grief circles (online)

Weekly grief circles invite you to come as you are.

Heavy. Numb. Angry. Tender.

Come undone. Come held.

Grief doesn’t follow a five-step plan.

It doesn’t care about tidy timelines or spiritual clichés.

Grief unmakes you. So you can be remade.

But you don’t have to do it alone.

What Weekly Grief Circles Are

This is a weekly gathering for those holding fresh loss or long-unspoken sorrow. While these were inspired as an extension of my work as a funeral officiant, they are open to all who grieve. Whether you’re grieving death, divorce, deconstruction, identity shift, or the ache of a dream deferred, these circles welcome it all.

Each gathering includes:

  • Opening ritual: to center us in breath and belonging
  • Sacred story space: optional sharing, spoken or silent
  • Simple, sensory ritual: to mark the loss and honor what remains
  • Grounding practice: breath, reflection, and integration

No advice. No fixing. Just presence. And presence heals.

Who This Is For

  • Anyone navigating loss (recent or long past)
  • Those feeling spiritually or emotionally untethered
  • People who don’t know how to name their grief but feel it in their bones
  • Anyone needing to remember they are not alone
